Add 2 to 3 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar to 8 to 16 oz. of either tea or filtered water. The mixture is matter of preference. Do not add sugar. If you need to add something for taste, add cinnamon or honey. For rapid weight loss results, drink three times a day, at least half an hour before your meals.

Try to double the amount of water you are drinking per day to amplify the detoxifying effect of the apple cider vinegar. Avoid soda, high fructose corn syrup, sugar and high-calorie drinks. This will allow you to lose more weight.

Exercise four times a week for at least 30 minutes. Cardiovascular activities are some of the best exercises, but anything that allows you too sweat is a good activity. Apple cider vinegar increases your metabolism, but if you exercise along with taking apple cider vinegar, you will experience more dramatic effects.

Maintain a healthy diet filled with fruit and vegetables. Avoid processed foods, sugar, white flour, and fast food. Apple cider vinegar alone will not make you lose a lot of weight if you are maintaining an unhealthy lifestyle. To ensure you see dramatic rapid weight loss results, consume a healthy diet.
