Women are human beings as well as men. Women are part of the male and the male part of the woman, as suggested by the Qur'an:
"... Part of you is a derivative of the others ..." (Qur'an, Ali Imran: 195)
Humans are living beings who are among his character is thinking and work (activity). If not, then he is not human.
Verily Allah Almighty made man so that they do good, even he did not create them but to test which of them the most good deeds. Therefore,
women are given a task to do good as well as men - and with a better
charity specifically - to gain reward from Allah Almighty as men. Allah says:
"And their Lord allow the petition (by saying), 'Behold, I am not
wasting charitable people who labor among you, whether male or female
...'" (Qur'an, Ali Imran: 195)
Anyone who's good deeds, they will get a reward in the hereafter and reward the good in the world:
"Whoever
works righteousness, whether male or female in a state of faith, verily
shall We give him a good life and verily We shall give replies to them
with a better reward than what they had done." (QS. An-Nahl: 97)
In addition, women - as is often said - also a half of human society,
and Islam never portrayed would ignore half the members of the community
as well as frozen and paralyzed set, then deprived of his life, marred
kindness, and was not given anything.
It's just a woman's task is first and foremost that no longer disputed is educating the new generations. They
were prepared by Allah for the task, both physically and mentally, and
this noble task that should not be forgotten or ignored by the material
and cultural factors whatsoever. Therefore, no one can replace the role of women in the task of this
magnitude, the dependency whom the future of the people, and by which
manifested the greatest wealth, the wealth in the form of a human (human
resources).
May Allah give grace to the poet of the Nile, namely Hafiz Ibrahim, when he said:
Mother is a madrassa, educational institutionsIf you prepare wellThen you had better prepare the nationthe main base.
Among
the activities is to maintain the household woman happy husband, and
form a serene peaceful happy family, full of love and affection. Until famous the saying, "What's great ministry of a woman against her husband assessed as jihad fi sabilillah."
However, it does not mean that women work outside the home it is forbidden Personality '. Because no one can forbid something without nash Personality 'that is authentic narrations and sharih (obviously) instructions. Moreover, basically everything and all the action as it may have been understandable.
Based on this principle, then I say that the woman works or activities are allowed (allowed but not required). In fact, sometimes he is required by the demands of the Sunnah or obligatory whenever he needed it. For example, because he is a widow or divorced her husband, whereas no
person or family who bear the economic needs, and he himself can make
an effort to meet her from begging or waiting for a helping hand to
others.
In
addition, sometimes the family requires women to work, such as helping
her husband, look after their children or brothers and sisters who are
still small, or helping elderly father - as in the story of two
daughters of the sheikhs who are elderly who goat herding his father, as the Qur'an Surat al-Qasas:
"... The two women said, 'We can not tell drink (our flocks) before
pastoralists-herders were repatriated (livestock), while the father of
us are parents who have advanced in years.'" (QS. Al-Qasas: 23)
Also narrated that Asma 'bint Abu Bakr - who has two belts - ordinary
Zubayr ibn al-Awam help her in taking care of his horse, pounding grain
to be cooked, so he often took it on his head from the garden that is
far from the medina.
Society
itself sometimes require women's work, such as in treating and caring
for those ladies, teach daughters, and other activities that require a
special power of women. So the main thing is the woman in touch with other women and not by men.
While the acceptance of men working in the sector of women in some
cases is due to the emergency conditions which should be limited in
accordance with the needs, should not be a general rule.
If we allow the women to work, then it shall be bound by certain conditions, namely :
1. Let the work itself is prescribed. That
is, the work was not forbidden or can bring something forbidden, like a
woman who worked to serve men flunky, or women become special secretary
to a director who, by reason of their activities often retreat (alone),
or become a dancer that stimulate appetite only for dredge worldly
benefits, or work in bars to serve drinks too - when the Prophet has
cursed the person who poured it, took it, and sell it. Or
become a flight attendant on an airplane to serve drinking intoxicants,
traveling away without a mahram, overnight stay in a foreign country
alone, or doing other activities that are forbidden by Islam, both
specifically for women and especially for men, or for both.
2. Meet the habit of Muslim women when out of the house, in dress, walk, talk, and perform gestures.
"Say to the believing women, 'Let their gaze, and maintains his
cock, and they must not reveal her jewelry, except that (usually) appear
thereof ...'" (QS. An-Nur: 31)
"... And let them not strike their feet in order to know that they hide jewelry ..." (QS. An-Nur: 31)
"... And ye shall abide in speaking so eager was the one person who is
a disease in their hearts, and say a kind word" (QS. Al-Ahzab 32)
3. Do not work or duties that ignoring other obligations that should
not be overlooked, such as the obligation to her husband or her children
is an obligation first and main task.
