Dates: A Good Start !







Headaches & Dizziness ?

One of the most common reasons for headaches or dizziness during Ramadaan is low blood sugar,
 which is why eating dates is very beneficial at the start of Iftar.
Dates help restore low blood sugar after all day of fasting.


When the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) broke his fast,
he would start with Dates,
and there are so many health benefits known for this beneficial Sunnah.
After hours of fasting, the liver has no nourishment to send to different parts of the body,
and sweet is the quickest to be absorbed and processed – especially if they are fresh
 it is more easily digested.
Fresh Dates were the first choice of Allah’s Messenger,
but if not available, he would break his fast the dried ones.
